Lemon Cupcakes with Swiss Buttercream Frosting

Going crazy with cupcakes lately especially because I have been adoring this recipe I found for Swiss Buttercream frosting.

It has the same richness of buttercream but without the heaviness. I still overbeat a lot of the time, but it's worth it for all the decorating you can do with it.

I tried something different with the pictures this time. I don't like how it turned up but I don't know what I did with the originals. Ohhhh well!
